EuroMPM 2010 - Specialization on Quality Management in Project and Programs
In this specialization we deal with depencency analysis, business rules and decision tables.
In projects we have dependencies among tasks regarding resources and results. In programs we have dependencies across the projects involved in programs.
Plans can be improved by detecting, reducing and controlling dependencies. There are methods and tools to support dependency analysis.Dependency management improves the quality of project and program management.
And decision tables can improve the quality business rules in project and program management.
Now - in July 2011 - a group of students interested in these areas will be established.
